Can’t say it was bad...
I liked this book. It didn’t overwhelm me. It didn’t underwhelm me… it was just ok. It’s got decent steps, it’s well written, just felt very barebones.

How to wholesale land
I wouldn’t really call this “flipping” land. You’re not really DOING anything with it… that’s why I gave it 4 stars. It’s a tiny bit misleading… I was looking more for a book that would tell me how I can create more value but I can’t say this book was bad overall. 4 stars. Worth a listen if you want a simple way to make money on the side.

Great introduction to land investing
I've done quite a bit of investing over the years, stocks, funds, crypto, property but never land, hence why this book piqued my interest. The author is obviously very knowledgeable on the subject and discloses the information with a no-nonsense straightforward approach. Many useful tips on how to get started and what expected costs at each stage are. An extremely useful guide for the novice land investor.

Encyclopedia for buying cheap land
The book is jammed-packed with information regarding buying cheap land. This step by step process holds your hand and guide you regarding how to find land, how to talk to a motivated seller, and how to do your due diligence. Beaux tells you Things that you should think about such as are the land in a flood zone, transaction history, city water, road access, and what information you can get from a motivated seller.

Great Information
definitely loaded with great information, although being in Canada not all of it applies. However, this book does still provide tons of insight and motivation to jump into vacant land investing. If you are looking to get into this type of investing then this is a great purchase to learn a lot about this topic. The audiobook covers a lot in a short period of time, if you are serious about investing in this I would suggest purchasing the book because that is easier to reference, with that said the audiobook is great to listen to and gets the ideas in your brain to mull about as you drive or go for a run or however you are listening. I recommend this book because it does lay out in simple detail how to get started and how to do it with as little money invested as possible. Definitely one worth a download.

Great for those with no prior experience
Investing in real estate is something I have always been wanting to do and with the pandemic putting life on hold, I thought I'd get this audiobook and learn more about how to properly do it so I am more prepared when I start. Really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. It was easy to follow and straight to the point. The narrator has a really good voice too which makes the audiobook easy to listen to. Would highly recommend.

Real estate investing book for novice
My first impression when people mentioned to me about real estate investing is the financial barrier of going into it. Beaux Blast gave me a different insight to investing into land. The book holds your hands and walk you through from develop a listing of potential undervalued properties to purchase to closing an investment deal and what pitfalls to avoid. The book contains tons of valuable information and I would definitely recommended for people getting into real estate.

A Helpful Guide!
The book gives helpful guidance on getting into purchasing houses that can be challenging for a starter, finding a property that you want, and the many things to look out for when you finally find one. I am interested in buying houses but not knowing how were a setback and the book gives an excellent guide to all these. The chapter on making these purchases without having a large sum of capital initially was a helpful and encouraging one for any new beginner to have a beginning.
