Summary

What exactly is “Mind hacking?”

Mind hacking” is about getting your mind to do things your mind doesn’t know it can do or isn’t doing, things that you want it to do.

The mind is extremely powerful, but it has no direction, and that’s where you come into play. You need to give your mind its direction, and when it doesn’t give you what you want, that is when you might “hack” it to work around its natural design and limitations.

That is what hacking your mind is about – getting that infinitely powerful mind of yours to do something you want it to do, even when it isn’t complying or doesn’t understand.

Very few people get full access and control of their mind and discover what it’s truly capable of.  Think about what has been achieved when the mind has been used at full capacity.

It’s been used to invent light bulbs, printing presses, computers, phones, and even harness the power of the sun.

Think about that. Someone’s mind once thought, “I can feel the heat from the sun so there has to be energy there. I think I can harness that energy to produce electricity that humans can use.”

How far fetched did that sound the first time someone heard it?  But now we have solar power.

Imagine if you could harness that kind of mind power and use it for yourself?

Imagine if you could unlock every corner of your brain and use it to it’s full potential?

What could yours accomplish?

That’s what we are doing here in this book. We are attempting to advance the potential of the human mind, and more specifically, yours.

Hold on tight, this is going to be a crazy ride!

What are you waiting for? Scroll up and click the buy now button to learn to unlock the full potential of your mind and achieve anything you want!

Amazing book

Amazing book, well worth the investment and time. Super easy to listen too, doesn't bog you down with fancy terms or long drawn out explanations of how memory works. Instead, you go straight to business by practicing his methods...and without even realizing you're learning anything new, or rather, memorizing, you realize at the end of a chapter that you indeed remember everything you just learned. It's incredibly simple, yet effective. Highly recommend!

Definitely points at a good path worth exploring

This book has got me thinking about how I let the habit of who I believe I am run my life. Filled with interesting research, the author brilliantly explains in an easy language what neuroscience is discovering about our brain. The book ignited in me the desire to learn more about myself and understand the power to choose out of habitual patterns and familiar excuses. In addition, the book gives ideas on what to do to address desired changes. I intend listening the book again as I am sure I have missed a lot of important point in my first listening. If you want to self-empower, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, definitely points at a good path worth exploring.

Interesting listen

I like the author's well-rounded approach to the factors involved in what makes us humans tick. While I didn't try the book's recommended meditative practice, I can certainly see how it would help.

Radical changes

Amazing book! I wish Kyle listen this book himself. It is a book that is radical in its description of emotions, habits and energy. The meditations that go with this book are the lynchpin to changing those habits for me. It's one thing to understand how we got this way it's another to make the daily effort to make those changes.

Expensive

Expensive for the what you get which is really just a glorified pamphlet. To be fair the information contained within was useful.
