Not interesting or helpful

I returned it because I didn't find it interesting or helpful. It's one of those audio books that talks about what it's going to do but never actually does anything. You wait and wait for the book to start but it never does. Also, the narrator has a really boring way of speaking.

An eye opening journey into your own mind.

Mark Coleman’s book opened up my mind to how my own brain works, then helped me shape how I could change that functioning (or non-functioning). While conceptually restorative, meditation hadn’t helped me deeply until I read Mark’s description of an “inner critic”, With this structure, I was able to recognize, categorize, and ultimately de-prioritize the inner critic in my own life.
