It is very interesting

Sales are about results and being accountable for them. This is a straight forward book with excellent ideas and guidance on sales management, how to hold sale representatives accountable as well as yourself if you’re a manager. I have highlighted many pages and refer to them often. Highly recommended.

Good info

One of the measures a great book is how many times I pull out the highlighter. This book just about wore it out. What a tremendously valuable book for any sales leader, sales manager, or coach. I just finished transcribing my notes and the ideas in the pages can really make a huge difference in my results. The author is a no-nonsense, get to the point type of guy and I know that many of us sales leaders simply love that style. In summary, get this book, you simply can't be your best without it.
