Really useful and helpful recordings from workshop/course

I initially thought this was a book but it’s not - It’s recordings from a workshop that was held! However, as I listened to it, I learned a lot and was reminded of a lot of stuff I had forgotten about! In some ways it’s like being at the workshop yourself…. The presentation helps things stick in your mind. I think this is very useful and have recommended it to other friends!
