I found this series of meditations and affirmations powerful. The music is subtle enough so it's not too overpowering. The visualizations are uplifting, rejuvinating, and peaceful. I appreciate the guided portions that bring my focus to what serves me. There's some breath, positive visuals, mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation, and affirmation threads woven artfully within. There aren't undertones of forcefulness or shaming or judgement, which is so important!! There's just a set of relaxing meditations that are so great it's hard to pick my favorite but you can definitely relisten to what you find most helpful for whatever place you're in and what your needs are. These definitely help to calm the nervous system and lower those stress hormones that impact the whole body!
