The story is great! The spicy scenes are hot! The love is so real! But dear gods the narrator’s choice for Kip’s voice and accent is inscrutable and dreadful. It really took me out of the regular and the spicy scenes. I don’t often mind my dependency on audiobooks because I can’t read effectively anymore with my eyes, but I’m definitely feeling that now. I wish my need to read this book could have waited for them to potentially re-record it with the stars of the show!

With one of the ascents of the characters, as I'm not familiar with the Brooklyn sound. But the story was great.

Absolutely terrible narration. What even is that accent? Completely ruins the whole story - it’s a joke. At some points the accent changes country and sometimes just completely disappears

Was a good listen, nice to hear more on Scott and Kip. Only wish it was a bit longer in terms of what happens post cup match, but hopeful you there will be more of them in follow on books.
