I go into all these books totally blind and I love how pleasantly surprised I am. The way the author shows people’s natures, their internal struggles and just how real her characters are. Kyle and Eric were another favorite. And the narration was perfect (for the most part! Iliya’s accent it’s so hard to nail so no judgement, everything else was perfection!)

I switched between ebook and audiobook for this and really enjoyed it. I loved that the older character was so torn about the age gap and tried to fight his attraction. They're a very cute couple. One romantic scene that you'd usually expect in romance are done off page, but it would have ended up a long book to include it.
