Summary

From the internationally best-selling author of A Woman of Substance.

The story of two brilliant women and the men to whom they ransomed their hearts.

With her beauty, talent and allure, Katherine Tempest has the world at her feet. Her rise from unknown actress to Hollywood legend is one marked by dazzling performances and a carefully concealed yet undeniably ruthless determination to succeed.

But Katherine irrevocably changes the lives of her closest friends: two men who love her and the woman who trusts her implicitly. She never looks back until she needs the one thing they alone can give her - forgiveness.

Disappointing

What disappointed you about Voice of the Heart?

The story was not the page-turner I was expecting; it was boring and despite persisting, I still gave up half way through. I couldn't care about the characters and the narrator's voice was not easy to listen to. Not a great combination if the story doesn't grip you either.

Very disappointed with nararrator

I really enjoy Johanna Lyndsay books normally as it's very easy listening. However the person reading this book was very disappointing. The tone and lack of difference in the various characters was shocking. Compared to previous lyndsay books it was dire.

Extremely disappointing

I usually love B T Bradford books but was so disappointed it was slow and borrowing and badly read. I only got 1/4 of the way through and gave up which I’ve never done before

this book title was a surprise, highly enjoyable

I have listen and red a lot of Barbara Taylor Bradford books. this one was a surprise and there was not sure about it, or whither I would like it. well I liked it enough I listen to it 3 times. it can maybe hard to follow but stick with it it's worth it if not a bit sad at time . audible recommended it. I love the people do they use to read the stories to you it's like having a book read out to you when you were a child.
