End was tacky...
The meditation was ok nothing special. Narrator voice is pleasant. Definitely not too long. I’m not sure I would recommend tho. Very unsure of what I was listening to.

really works!
I was nervous of driving our horsebox after a couple of bad experiences, but with a camp booked a couple of hours drive away I really had to sort myself out fast. A few listens to this were enjoyable, but I was still skeptical about it effectiveness until I was bombing about the roads, happy and relaxed. Extremely impressed and pleased. I'm now wondering what else these hypnosis audios can do for me

very good made me go on a journey
loved this and was doing very well until I couldnt recall a time where I felt totally confident ,which isnt this books fault so thats why I gave good review
