Summary

A pox of time and space is ravaging both ends of the world. It is unpredictable and unstoppable, devouring everything it touches.

As the Windom Academy welcomes squires from the Day into its ranks, cultures and beliefs clash over the true nature of the pox and how to stop it.

Waiting for the next part now

Just finished listening to this part as well, now waiting for the Dark & Day 4: The Impossible Quest, will be glad if Jocob releases it fast because I can't wait to listen to it as well, also would be glad if this series could be made into an amine, it would be nice to see it as an amine.

Magic Scifi action genre

I would describe this book as Harry Potter crashing into Ready Player One inside of a magic Scifi action genre. I found this book to be a blast with good consistent humor throughout. It never seemed dull and didn't dwell on things or over complicate them, which can happen easily in other more serious magic vs machine scifi series. Wayne Farrell also adds so much color and flavor to the characters!

Would like to see this as netflix movie

Would like to see this as netflix movie, this is how much I am impressed with this story of Jono, the story has developed well through all the parts, the description of the surroundings is well done, Jacob Israel Grey is able to write in a same format which is nice for a series, even after listening third book after few months it does not feel that author changed his writing style which was a nice thing.

Amazing

After listening to the part 1 and part 2 finally listened this part as well, and I must say the more I listen, the more I like this amazing storyline, at times it may feel like Harry Potter, but I am enjoying this more than Harry Potter series as this world is not just a magic world, it is a machine world as well, more emotions are involved in this one, now waiting to listen part 4.

Of Mechs and Magic

Jacob has written another wonderful book set in a world of futuristic technology and high fantasy magic. Think Altered Carbon meets Lord of The Rings and you're almost there. This book had several twists and turns that I didn't see coming, but that made sense in the context of the world. My only real gripe is that Wayne Farrell is a bit monotoned and in the actions sequences or important moments there didn't seem to be any change in his delivery. Wonderful book though. I would totally recommend it.

Really enjoying this series

I'm really enjoying this series, it expands the universe, giving a different prospective on things that I think really works well. I also like that the main character is more chill than other MCs. I'm excited for the next audio book.

Another adventure for Jono

Don’t sit down because you will be standing and rooting for the main characters. Another day another adventure for Jono. Keep the good times coming can’t wait to see what’s next. No complaints so far narration has been great and the story has you not wanting to put it down.
