Publisher's Summary

The follow-up to the Wall Street Journal best-seller Outrage.

Those who hunt monsters must be careful not to become monsters themselves.

In another life, before human traffickers murdered her husband and stole her children, Faith McMann was a wife, mother, and teacher. Now she has become Furious, a merciless avenger on a deadly mission to retrieve her young son and daughter, no matter the cost.

Aided by unlikely but steadfast allies, the giant Beast and fragile Rage, Faith plunges ever deeper into a sickening underworld of sexual exploitation and slavery with steel-forged determination and righteous anger.

In this powerful, suspenseful conclusion to the Faith McMann trilogy, Faith is haunted by questions: Even if her children are recovered, will they be broken beyond repair? What terrible sacrifices will their rescue require? What are the limits of loyalty and love in a world that preys on innocents? And after her brutal awakening to the darkest aspects of human nature, what will remain of her own self?

"Long awaited third book of the series"

Finally got to finish the series! Well written with all the ingredients for a good thriller. Original, believable and likeable characters made for a smooth read. Hats have to be off for the awareness raised into the real life horror that is child trafficking. Whilst we know this is a fictional story, we are reminded of the poor souls who do end up in this unimaginable hell. The 3 books of the series also meant the author could take a respectful amount of time to take the story through all its twists and turns naturally, at its own pace. Highly recommend.

    "Superb!!!"

It connects with the families of missing children - their pain. Can you imagine if your child was snatched and sold?? Horrific but hugely informational. Please read- it may save a child's life.

    "An excellent trilogy "

Well worth your credits. The narration is excellent giving life to all the characters in this audio book 😇 But we must remember that happy endings do not happen in this life for those touched by this terror. 😇

"Sorry this series is done but can't wait..."

To see what T R Ragan will come up with next.
This was an excellent book. This is the third and final of this series which must be read in the order they were written. If you haven't read them please do if you have them you already know this is a story about human trafficking. The boys are sold for labor, the girls are sold into the sex industry.
The characters are great. All use aliases because they are involved in illegal activity trying to rescue these kids. Activities the police would not look kindly on, but what would you do to save your abducted child?
There was one part of the book that actually got me choked up and not too many books can do that to me!
Kate Rudd did an excellent job narrating.
    This book is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    "Great series"

I judge a book often by the emotions the author and narrator bring out of me. I found myself rooting wildly for Faith McMann. I shed more than a few tears listening to this trilogy. Best books I have "felt" . Highly recommended.

"One of THE best trilogies I've read or listened to"

The story, writing, characters, storytelling in the narration of this book stands in the same space as the preceding 2 from this series. Ragan's accomplishment at getting investment into all of the characters and their smaller subplots and how she wove everything together so perfectly without unnecessary suspense or rushing the story is just remarkable. This sort of genre isn't typically my cup, but Ragan's writing and Rudd's narration made these books and this story - - a real-world problem delivered in fiction in such a way as to bring a very effective awareness to the issue of human trafficking right here in the United States - - absolutely cliffhanging and engaging from the start of the first book to the end of this one. Brilliantly done.

What a great ending to this trilogy. Great writing and even better story telling by the performer. I am (not so) patiently waiting for T R Ragan next series.

This is a great series and Kate Rudd is very good. Subject matter is depressing but accurately portrayed and will hopefully bring some awareness to those that listen/read this series. Looking forward to the next one!

    "Excellent Ending"

Kate Rudd makes the characters come alive. You feel every emotion not just in the protagonists, but in the evil characters as well. I would love another story following up, but all in all, the main story was wrapped up. I will never forget Furious, Rage, Beast.... I imagine the future stories of each character. T.R. Ragan is an amazing story teller and she opens your eyes to issues that could be happening right under your noses.

    Any additional comments?

This is the final installment of the Faith McMann series and I waited on pins and needles for it's release. I decided to wait until my vacation to read it and although the story line was resolved, I was left feeling kinda blah. The first two books in this series were such firecrackers and kept me on the edge of my seat cheering Faith on. I truly NEEDED to see her take down the sex traffickers.

This final book was just OK..

Nothing earth shattering like the first two books.

If you read books 1 & 2, you have to read this one...but don't expect fireworks.

    "AMAZING TRILOGY! Great Narration!"

WOW what a great story. Sad it is over. I will be checking out more from this author for sure.

If you haven't read this trilogy you should! it is so good and well written!

Some fantastic writing, dialogue and story telling in all three books! You must read them all in order as the first two are cliffhangers, but since they are all available there is no waiting.

As for the narration it is amazing. Kate Rudd does a superb job. The men sound like men and everyone get's their own distinct voice. She reads with emotion and has a great reading voice.
