Pass on this Audible Book
The production of this book is one of the worse that I've run across. There's one chapter where the reader starts a sentence and then gets confused and says, "what the" and then it ends.
The content itself is useless.

May be good for some.
Well- I didn’t think this book was particularly helpful for me, but certainly there are some folks that I can think of who might never have heard some of this information.
I’d recommend it for my college-age self, not my 20-years in the workforce self.
Some of the narration was a bit distracting with what seems like pauses between page turns and misspoken words (or maybe a poorly proofreads copy), but overall it’s a decent job. I couldn’t do any better.

Unprofessional
Chapter 4, 3:38. I am sorry but I purchased this book and I wish I could get my credit back. I am a Christian and the last thing I want to hear is the narrator swearing. Did anyone review this before allowing it to be sold. It is choppy and inconsistent. My co workers were alarmed.

Irony
The information was not exactly on the level I was looking for, and didn't have as much information as I would have liked. To top it off the narrator stumbled a great deal reading this, and even at one point stopped mid sentence to reread a line then said, "what the fuck" after doing so. In a book about communication this was just ironic.
