A quick read that can transform anyone’s life. It is through this listening piece that I came to focus more on my workmates than on myself. Written in simple language, any reader will be able to master this in no time!

Good overview.

Be it a small business or a big one, it must not take effective communication for granted. I admire the narrator’s effort in making the message of this audio guide-elaborate and engaging. Thank you for reminding me that there is no scenario that can’t be improved with better communication skills.

Holds opportunities

It is true that effective communication are not practiced in companies, thus I greatly appreciate the author for coming up with this decent book to date. With this, companies won’t miss the opportunities to grow.

Gift-worthy

It’s worth as a gift for my brother who owns a small business. It includes a healthy presentation of what internal and external communication is as well as group workplace communication. I’m sure my brother will be ecstatic once he sees this. He is a lover of books and a committed boss, too. I hope it will all work out well for him now.

Pass on this Audible Book

The production of this book is one of the worse that I've run across. There's one chapter where the reader starts a sentence and then gets confused and says, "what the" and then it ends.

The content itself is useless.

May be good for some.

Well- I didn’t think this book was particularly helpful for me, but certainly there are some folks that I can think of who might never have heard some of this information.

I’d recommend it for my college-age self, not my 20-years in the workforce self.

Some of the narration was a bit distracting with what seems like pauses between page turns and misspoken words (or maybe a poorly proofreads copy), but overall it’s a decent job. I couldn’t do any better.

Irony

The information was not exactly on the level I was looking for, and didn't have as much information as I would have liked. To top it off the narrator stumbled a great deal reading this, and even at one point stopped mid sentence to reread a line then said, "what the fuck" after doing so. In a book about communication this was just ironic.

Communicate effectively in your workplace.

I am fond of getting lengthy audio books. This one is different. It is short but concise. I'm starting to recognize the great benefit and power in the ability to communicate effectively inside the workplace. Anyone can talk, but only few can communicate effectively.

A great book.

Great book to suggest to my subordinates. I also plan on sharing this to my boss so he could pass this to all his employees. It is so worth it! The importance of good communication runs deep within a business and they're all included here.
