Useful techniques for the real world

This was an eye opening book that really helped teach me ways to communicate better. It takes the time to really delve into techniques that you can use in the workplace in a helpful manner. It provides a range of tricks and strategies to employ as well as paying attention to the other person you are communicating with because that can alter the manner you're communicating in. I'm glad I picked this book up and have already begun implementing some of the things I've learned.
