Summary

The superharem phenomenon continues!

It's time for the Cherry Blossom Girls to become who we're meant to be. Solving murders? Taking on famous Hollywood actresses who have gone rogue? Exposing a terrible government program to the masses?

Comes with the territory.

One more mutant facility to destroy and we can set our sights on bigger things and faraway places. But it isn't going to be that easy, and there are other factors at play, risks we're going to have to take if we want to expose the truth.

I just hope I'm ready to live up to the hype when the time comes.

Contains mature themes.

Author needs to step in & can the new narrator

Can we get a do over with the original cast? Obviously this new narrator has not listened to the 1st 4 books. I really could not listen to it.

Don’t buy this installment

This installment suffers from the same problem as the last one: the narrators who gave life to the series are missing. I will be returning this one as well!

I'm love the store but I dont like this narrator

I gave the narrator a second chance and it took all my will power to finish off the book. I really like the story of the CBG but this new narrator is just not doing it. I really hope that they bring back the old narrator back. I'm not sure if I will buy any other audiobooks of the CBG if it done by this narrator again.

Series has died

The narrator change helped, but the author just can’t write. The MC is still a weak willed, indecisive moron, the story is still just as formulaic, the characters have no depth, even the sex scenes are quite badly written. This book in particular even described the MC taking a shit while talking on the phone, while inner monologuing, and then wiping his ass. Yes, that was in the book. The MC heals his worst enemies, runs away from every single fight in the book, puts off reading crucial information, hides information from the reader for cheap reveals, doesn’t care about killing so called ‘normals’ (and yes, he will save his worst enemies from death and everyone will say “oh don’t change that’s why we like you because you care blah blah” but then a non powered individual dies and he couldn’t care less), he also inner monologues ALL THE TIME about random trains of thought that have no bearing on anything, then claims he thinks up whole elaborate plans without actually thinking (that literally was in the book), and then has to have Grace modify his mind to remove the guilt he inevitably gets from failing AGAIN and running away. Everything that the MC says or thinks about formulaic writing to follow trends applies to this author. Yes, the author is making his MC tell us how bad his own author is. I only finished this series because I have almost 1000 audible titles in my library and I’m running out of books to listen to.

Still good!

Story was still AWSOME even without the sorely missed Soundbooth Theater folks. That being said, P.J. nails Michelle's voice.

Loved It

I love the interaction between characters but I lost a favorite part of this series... not giving spoilers but I am sad.
