About this listen

Alan returns to podcasting, offering his unique perspective on life’s big questions, the hot-button issues of the day, his professional successes and the most intimate details of his personal life in a series he is already calling ‘seminal’. The second series will come partly from the oasthouse—in order to satisfy people who'd rather he didn’t mess with the format—and partly from other locations—to appeal to those who found the original format a bit limiting.

Meet Alan Partridge

Alan Partridge is a familiar face (and voice!) to anyone who enjoys genuinely good television (and radio!), having been seen (and heard!) on shows that have delighted the eyes (and ears!) of viewers (and listeners!) for decades, including BBC teatime show This Time (and North Norfolk Digital coffeetime show Mid Morning Matters!).

Broadcaster, writer, motivational speaker, sports fan, thought-leader, businessman and consummate professional, Alan enjoys bitter shandy, shandied lager, high-end knitwear and personal success. He is currently doing very well indeed.

This second series feels more like Alan's audio books and I like that style very much. I also enjoyed Alan's weird little songs. Nice work Mr Coogan, now let's have series 2 part 2 please.

Arghh! This audio book smells good.

Another absolute top-notch, back of the net corker from the podcaster-meister himself Norwich-based renaissance man Mr Alan Partridge. National treasure.
