Story
Mysterious gateways are appearing throughout the universe, bridging violent civilizations, leading to war, and sowing chaos. While some species succumb to the pandemonium, the Chut’un forge an unholy symbiotic relationship—The Order—with red Europhids, a vast hive intelligence populating the universe’s far reaches. Desiring structure and fearing the unknown, they cull everything opposed to their plan, including the Europhids’ blue counterparts, carrying out a galactic genocide until only one blue Europhid remains...inside Moses Montgomery, a.k.a. "Dark Horse".

Story
Freeman is a genius with an uncommon mixture of memory, intelligence, and creativity. He lives in a worldwide utopia, but it was not always so. There was a time known as the Grind - when Freeman's people lived as slaves to another race referred to simply as "Master". They were property. But a civil rights movement emerged. Change seemed near, but the Masters refused to bend. Instead, they declared war. And lost. Now, the freed world is threatened by a virus, spread through bites, sweeping through the population. Those infected change - they are propelled to violence, driven to disperse the virus.

Story
My name is Kazimir Wolfe. People call me "Kaz", except they don’t. I never use my real name; it’s too dangerous, for me and for anyone I meet. I’m on the run from the law, who think I killed my aunt, and from whoever did kill her, because they want to finish the job. So, I move around a lot, working construction or whatever job I can find. It’s a lonely life. I don’t let anyone get close...people who get close to me end up dead. Why? I’m a wizard. The world’s only wizard, as far as I know.

Story
An electromagnetic pulse blinds the U.S. Cars crash. Planes fall. Chaos reigns. Power is restored within minutes, but it’s already too late. Russian nukes are falling. U.S. allies around the world are already wiped out. The United States will cease to exist inside of five minutes. After giving the order to launch a full-scale retaliation–dooming the planet–the president, his staff, Secret Service and those lucky enough to be visiting the White House, are whisked below ground, where they board several Earth Escape Pods. As the EEPs launch into Earth orbit, missiles descend.

Story
We were fighting on the wrong side of a war we couldn't win. And that was the good news. The Ruhar hit us on Columbus Day. There we were, innocently drifting along the cosmos on our little blue marble, like the native Americans in 1492. Over the horizon come ships of a technologically advanced, aggressive culture, and BAM! There go the good old days, when humans only got killed by each other. So, Columbus Day. It fits. When the morning sky twinkled again, this time with Kristang starships jumping in to hammer the Ruhar, we thought we were saved.

Story
In the twentieth century Earth sent probes, transmissions and welcoming messages to the stars. Unfortunately, someone noticed. The Galactics arrived with their battle fleet in 2052. Rather than being exterminated under a barrage of hell-burners, Earth joined their vast Empire. Swearing allegiance to our distant alien overlords wasn't the only requirement for survival. We also had to have something of value to trade, something that neighboring planets would pay their hard-earned credits to buy.

Lost in time, the town of Black Creek, Kentucky becomes home to temporal layers of people, creatures, and monsters from disparate eras. Good Book - bit long
I like this series but this book was too long and too much happened. Author is dammed if he does and dammed if he doesnt - as i think it would have been better split into two books (which i have moaned about before on reviews). So all a great listen but i did drift for a bit which never happened before.

Good story
Unusual, wonderful characters, great narration and comes from an imagination that's fully loaded with the unexpected.
Didn't think I would enjoy as much as I did and would love to follow the main characters into their next quest of defending and fighting for the future of mankind, as evil tries it's hand against the good of angels waiting for assention.

Enjoyed the first two
This one had a messy plot pattern. Was some sort of twist of a Fichtean and Hero's journey plot pattern. It was pushing more towards a romance novel. Narration is typical R.C. Bray. However, he couldn't save this one. The over dramatic love of life death followed by another love story was just too much. I see where Mr. Fuller wanted to go with the final pairing and meditation. It would have been better if it went a different direction or executed differently.

I've been listening to this entire series and I love it. I love waiting to hear what's going to happen next after a fight, because it's significant and the plot is woven well together. I've been to the "amusement park" in Kansas City, I live about 20 minutes away and we're planning on going this summer. I'll be sure to punch a dread in the throat if I see one lol

Really Really boring and redundant
Wow, did this book make me snooze. There were about 10 different points in this story in which I was about to stop and return this book. The only "saving grace" was RC Bray, per usual.
The redundancy of this story was palpable. Helo gets defeated, powers up, gets defeated, powers up, has sex, powers up, get defeated, meditates, gets defeated. I will not read another and wish I got 10 hours of my life back.

Heaven on Earth
I'm not overly religious, but I do enjoy the religious symbolism Brian Fuller creates in the Ash Angels series. Though I thought that this would be the culmination of the story, the epilogue makes it clear that there is more to come. The story is filled with beautiful imagery. R. C. Bray does an amazing job as usual of telling the tale. Excellent job on the current installment.

Wonderful ending to the series
I listened to the first two books last year and was terribly disappointed that I had to wait for the last book to be released. Almost a year later I stumbled across the last book and realized that I totally forgot about the series, so I bought the book a month after the release. I relistened to the first two books and then fell into the last book with complete contentment.
I don't typically listen to religious themed books but I do enjoy good against evil. This series is based on man dying while trying to save the life of another and he comes back as an angel. At times during the story the image of Conservative Jesus flashes into my head. It's good for a giggle but at other times there is a very progressive theme, such as when the importance of meditation is discussed. I know that the gun strapping Rambo looking Jesus would be disgusted with the evil notion of meditation, that makes me giggle a bit too.
The books are a fun action packed read that keeps your attention. The characters are written with depth and the narration is wonderful. I'd give this series at least 6 stars out of 5.
