Jason Newman grew up in a household that had individuals suffering from attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and as such developed a keen interest from an early age of ways in which things can be done by parents, caregivers, and friends and of course doctors to make the day to day existence of an individual with ADD/ADHD as easy as possible. He then opted to major in psychology and also do some other courses on behavioral therapy and improving memory among other things. Through the knowledge that he gained from his research he was able to write a number of books on the subject including “ADHD In Adults & Children: How To Beat ADD & ADHD.” He has stated that the research that he has done has made him better able to assist his sibling function and also to see the traits in others and do his best to help them get the necessary treatment. His work on improving memory has also helped make certain things clearer. Jason is aware that it is a demanding thing to deal with and as such explains things as best as possible in the book and the advice can help both those diagnosed with the disease as well as those that have to deal with those diagnosed on a daily basis.
