This book wasn’t written by some adult in a button-up who hasn’t been a teen since the flip phone era. It’s written for guys like us—who are smart, funny, maybe a little chaotic—and just want to figure out how to stay on top of life without totally burning out. I’m a real teen who struggles with this stuff too, and I’ve spent the last few years learning how to actually get my brain to cooperate—especially when life gets busy, school gets stressful, or I just feel stuck.
