This show is all about Jamaican music history, from Mento, R&B, Ska, Rocksteady & Reggae. Showcasing music from great artist & production from great producers. i was born & raised in London, Hackney from a sound system background. My stepfather owned & played his sound system from the early days in the 1960'S, he was known affectionally as Sugar, the sound system Sugar Downbeat.
