The Neurological system regulates the body’s many functions; Language pertains to how we communicate with others and ourselves; and Programming refers to the models and systems in our world: what output should we receive from a given input? NLP illustrates these three underlying forces, and the powerful connection between our mind (Neuro), language (Linguistic) and behavior (Programming).

Effective communication begins at the point where a person gets an idea or information about something and the intention to share the information with the next recipient. The individual will choose which medium to use while conveying the information to the next party. The choice of the mode of transmitting the information guarantees that the message is understood correctly by the receiving party.

Communication is a vital part of life since it makes interactions and relations possible. It is the way people are able to express their thoughts and opinions. It has to be understood that we live in an environment that has people in it, and we rely on each other for certain needs. The way to satisfy their needs either emotionally, physically, or emotionally, they have to be able to relay messages, as well as be able to decode messages from others.
