This is a tribute to the early heroes of Mons, who endured the hardships of forced retreats and gruelling marches under the scorching sun, propelled only by the threat of bayonet and the fear of falling prey to the Huns savage acts. They are the inspiration for my story, narrated amidst the scrutiny of countless critic eyes and a path laden with challenges. - Kate John Finzi
