The brain child of Hoss Peterson, a senior Broadcasting student at the University of Wyoming in 1997/98. Under the watch of advisor, Dr. Michael Brown, Hoss wrote, recorded, directed, edited and produced all 12 episodes of this bizarre radio serial. Destiny Always Rings Twice...Sometimes is a nod to the wonderful world of Douglas Adams and his Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy series, which oddly enough, began as a radio serial just like this.
