With the ups and downs of dating I thought the lessons that I learned will help other people. Over the years there have been a lot of lessons that I learned and unfortunately, they were learned by trial and error. The lessons that I learned AREN’T just for men but for WOMEN too. Lessons like understanding red flags, setting boundaries, and not losing yourself in a relationship to name a few.
