Two mates, one a trained therapist and philosophy wizard (Sean), the other, not trained much at all (Bency) - try to find the gray area in the midst of Bency’s black and white thinking. It’s a blend between a live therapy session and banterful piss-taking. All with the goal to try and find some balance in this crazy little thing called life.
