Log bhee binaa soche samajhe kisee bhee tathy kee satyataa jaane binaa jaane kitane logon ko fŏravarḍa kar dete hain. Is tarah nafarat karane vaalon kee fauj taiyaar kee jaa rahee hai. You Are What You Have Lost? Is a book about getting rid of anxiety, depression, the pain of separation, struggle, and all those things that are not good for our mental health. I wrote this book during the period of pandemic lockdown in hope of that it'll help everyone who is going through all these things.
