You are invited to join me as I explore and expand my practice of daily meditation and mindfulness. I am using this format as a sort of public journal to help me work through some things (and people) I need to let go of, so that I can move forward into tomorrow without the weight of old relationships or toxic people while also trying to become a more empathetic, caring, and thoughtful person myself. Six days a week I post a short little morning wake up. On Wednesdays we do a morning meditation and sometimes I do longer meditations, or, spill the tea about what an ass my father really is.
