Greg Host is a normal guy. Or at least he was 6'2", mid-level retail manager, owner of one judgmental cat. The Casting Director is a black comedy crime thriller about Lee Hamill whose specialty is finding unknowns on the streets of Dublin for low-budget Irish movies. He's the middleman, matchmaker, and awkward buffer zone between performer and producer. Lee is HR for actors, but one of them wants him dead.

Let's be real: customer service sucks. Being sandwiched between needy customers and incompetent leadership at a greedy corporation sets an impossible expectation. It's Tony's job to "reset the customer experience" with no tools other than his customer-oriented attitude and expression of the company's hip and trendy culture.
