And we know that he was actually one of the richest men of all time due to the enormous gold deposits in West Africa that were under his dominion, but large parts of Mansa Musa’s life remain a mystery.

Her Chapter is a soulful podcast exploring the seasons of life, one conversation at a time. Once, I held a naive belief in the inherent triumph of good over evil, convinced that humanity, under the guardianship of the divine, would inevitably ascend through our collective efforts. Yet, as I traversed the globe, immersing myself in diverse cultures and histories, I bore witness to a reality far more complex than my idealistic notions. It is for the preservation of our collective future, that I pen these words—to articulate my observations, present my arguments, and propose solutions that may shield us from the disillusionment bred by both human frailty and the indifference of fate.
