We discuss the concept of help and why many women struggle to seek assistance, particularly during menopause and perimenopause. We chat about how societal expectations pressure women to be "copers and fixers" while stigmatizing help-seeking behavior. We talk about how women often feel shame or inadequacy when experiencing menopausal symptoms and that seeking help is not a sign of weakness and encourage women to reach out for support.
