The dreaded New Year’s Resolution time is coming and we all know how that goes… We “resolve” to change something or improve something and then fail miserably within 30-60 days into the New Year. This week we talk the exact opposite of New Year’s Resolutions and share the secret to how you can make 2019 your best year yet. All it takes is some upfront work over the next 60 days.

We all make “decisions” about our life and how we are going to change or improve it, but it seems we don’t often succeed in that goal or decision. This week we talk about the reasons why that happens and how to truly understand what a decision is, the power it holds, and the one small change in the process that will let you succeed in every decision you make from now on.

Last week we introduced “Stressful Thoughts” and this week we dive right in to show you exactly where these stressful thoughts live, what they cause, and how we can break the cycle to move past them.
