Former police officer turned award-winning comedian Alfie Moore meets the TV and radio presenter Penny Smith to find out about her experiences as a victim of crime.

Penny, co-host of the Pains, Stains and Automobiles podcast, grew up in Eastwood and Rutland where she has fond memories of local characters, and some interesting pastimes. Penny has had her home burgled twice, and she shares her experiences and the lessons she learned.

Alfie and Penny are joined by John Hayward-Cripps, CEO of the Neighbourhood Watch Network, who discusses the most effective methods to secure your home.
