    Welcome to the very first episode of The Cwtch Zone, a podcast created to be your cosy, hustle-free corner of calm. I’m Haulwen, also known as the Welsh Wellbeing & Wellness Witch, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

    This podcast is born from both passion and lived experience. Many years ago, I reached a point of deep burnout—a place of exhaustion where I felt utterly depleted and far from myself. The journey back taught me that true healing isn’t found in pushing harder, but in slowing down, softening, and learning to listen to what we truly need. The Cwtch Zone is my way of sharing that path with you, so you don’t have to walk it alone.

    • Cynefin – a Welsh word meaning habitat or place of belonging, the natural environment where you feel most at home.
      These words shape the heart of this podcast: finding sanctuary in your cwtch and learning to live in harmony with your cynefin.

    Each episode is designed to be short enough to listen to in your own cosy corner—with a blanket wrapped around you and a warm drink in your hands. I’ll share stories, rituals, and small practices to help you rest, recharge, and revive. Together we’ll explore gentle wellbeing, everyday witchery, seasonal wisdom, and soulful living, always with kindness and never with hustle.
