    I Moved to Cumbria, and Everything Changed | A Therapist’s Life Reset in the Lake District


    After a long break since November 2025, I’m finally back behind the mic — and a lot has changed.


    In August, I made a big life move from Kent to Cumbria, settling in the heart of the Lake District — a place I’ve dreamed of living in since I was a child.


    In this episode, I share what that transition has really been like. Not just the practical side of moving somewhere new where you don’t know anyone… but the deeper lessons it’s taught me as a therapist, a coach, and as a person navigating change.
