Abraham did not tithe of his personal income. Abraham did tithe from the spoils of a battle he won. This was a one off event. Abraham may have tithed to the civil government at that time as a form of taxation because most citizens did even in those times. Now we move on to the administration of Moses. We approach this subject as a jury looking over the evidence before drawing a conclusion.
