Just because you cannot work out at this time does not give you the excuse not to at least live a healthy lifestyle. At least if not for you but for the lives of those you touch and love, like your children. Being healthy does affect your state of mind, your ability to work and it does affect your lifestyle. Be more than the entertainment of the television, the latest movie and your own electronic devices. Be more than you can be by having a life full of interaction with others and a life of fun by enjoying it, not wasting it. And find out truly what is important in life.

    Planning for our financial future is a lot easier than planning weather or not we will live long enough to enjoy the fruits of our labor. But of course no one wants to think about health because without money what use is good health. However, do not be deceived, investing in you should be your biggest priority. The problem is time. Work has become so demanding that we just cannot juggle everything in our lives enough to make time to have time. Besides there is always tomorrow, right? Do not be deceived, age is not for wimps and not being prepared to be old is the costliest mistake you will ever make because the consequences to that mistake has the biggest price tag to which there is no recovery, death. Jesus said in the book of Luke:12-5 “But I will show you whom you must fear, fear him who after killing the body, has power to throw you into hell. Yes I tell you, fear him”
