• Goodbye (for now)

Two years. Over 50 episodes. And a whole lot of feelings.

This is our final episode of Hypercast — and true to form, neither of us came fully prepared for how messy it would feel to say goodbye. In this episode, we reflect on what this podcast has meant to us, what we've each gained from building it together, and why — even when something is the right call — transitions are just hard when you have ADHD.

We also share what's coming next for both of us, and we're inviting you to follow along. This isn't really an ending. It's more of a... star wipe, cut to black.

Thank you for being here. We made this for us — and we genuinely didn't expect anyone to show up. The fact that you did means everything.

"À la prochaine "— until next time.

  • The ADHD Strength You’ve Been Ignoring
    Mar 4 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Where is creativity already showing up in your life that you just haven’t labeled as creativity yet?

ADHD creativity is more than art; it shows up in ideation, problem-solving, communication, and how you think differently than everyone else in the room. In this episode, we break down what ADHD creativity actually looks like in daily life, why so many of us undervalue it, and how to start using it as a real advantage at work and at home. If you’ve ever wondered what “you’re creative” actually means for you, this is the manual.

    • Why we undervalue the things that come easily to us
    • How to turn chaotic creativity into intentional strength
    • The reframe that changes how you see your brain

  • ADHD and Chronic Pain: What Doctors Miss - With Dr. Michael Lenz
    Feb 11 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

If you have ADHD or Autism and deal with chronic pain, migraines, IBS, or unexplained fatigue, your doctors may be missing a critical connection that could finally explain why nothing seems to work.

For years, people with ADHD and autism have been told their chronic pain is "just normal" or "all in their head." But there's a neurological link between ADHD, autism, and conditions like fibromyalgia, migraines, and IBS that most doctors aren't trained to recognize. In this episode, Dr. Michael Lenz explains why these connections are overlooked, how to advocate for proper diagnosis when your symptoms aren't being connected, and what comprehensive treatment actually looks like when both your ADHD and chronic pain are managed together.

    • Why stimulant medication can actually help with pain tolerance
    • The diagnostic gap keeping patients stuck in fragmented care
    • How to write your medical story so doctors finally listen
    • Why "normal pain" is actually zero pain
