After he showed us how easy it is to vet massage businesses and separate the illegal from the legit, Deborah reported to authorities a couple places in Dallas and Richardson, Texas that were obviously criminal enterprises. During the months that followed, she grew weary and frustrated over her hometown law enforcement's response (or lack of) to a neighbor with special needs, suffering ongoing abuse and neglect by his "caretaker".
