  • The One by One Ministry of Christ Ep. 251
    Jun 12 2026

This week, I'm digging deep into my personal study of 3rd Nephi—the Book of Mormon chapters that capture Christ’s visit to the Americas after His resurrection. Have you ever wondered what it would have been like to stand in that crowd, to hear the voice from heaven, and to come one by one to the Savior? I find myself amazed by both the timing and the tenderness of these moments.

Together, let’s walk through these chapters and imagine what it must have felt like to not only witness miracles, but to experience them individually—one by one. From feeling the prints of the nails, to being healed, to seeing the children blessed, these verses remind me that Christ’s love and ministry are always personal and tailored for each soul. If you need a reminder this week about how individual and intentional the gospel really is, this conversation is for you. As you listen, I hope you’ll ask yourself: what would your testimony be, if you had been there?

  • Navigating Judgments and Growth: Reflections on Repentance, Forgiveness, and Sunday Best
    Jun 5 2026

This week, I'm getting real about something that's been on my mind for a while: how our early messaging and expectations shape the way we see others—especially in church. Teaching institute and revisiting Elder Neil Anderson's "The Divine Gift of Forgiveness" has me reflecting on the complexities of repentance, and why change isn't always instant or easy.

I open up about a moment from my own experience on the High Council, when an unexpected reaction to someone's choice of Sunday attire challenged me to confront old judgments. It's honest, a little uncomfortable, but ultimately a reminder that what matters most is not the clothes we wear, but the direction we’re heading on our spiritual journey. If you've ever felt stuck in old habits or discouraged by slow progress, you're not alone. Together, we're all trying to take one step closer to becoming like the Savior, even if it takes more time than we'd hoped.

This episode is an invitation to be gentle with yourself on the path—and maybe to laugh about mismatched socks along the way. Let’s look for those sweet nuggets of goodness in our imperfect efforts and keep moving forward.

  • You Matter More Than You Think: Everyday Influence and the Art of Kind Words
    May 29 2026

This week, as school winds down and the rhythms of summer begin, I’m sharing a story that’s been resonating with me and my group coaching clients—a simple yet powerful reminder that we often have a bigger impact than we realize. Maybe you’re settling into the summer break, or maybe life is just changing pace, but wherever you are, I want to dig into how small acts and simple words can ripple out in ways we never expect.

I revisit one of my all-time favorite TED Talks—a story about lollipops, college nerves, and how an offhand moment can change the entire course of someone’s life. We’re talking about being seen, making a difference (even when you have no idea you’re doing it), and the importance of sharing gratitude with the people who have touched your life.

Let’s lean into this new season with an abundance of kindness. Be generous with your compliments, tell people when they’ve made a difference, and remember: you might be the person who’s quietly changed everything for someone else—whether you know it or not.
