Fast forward over a decade and Dark Side of the Ring who did an episode on the strange land of XPW, and an audiance was found for a relaunch! Halloween in Hell 3 arrived in 2023 with more violence and XPW had not missed a step! We review this Halloween horror show intervals and all! Rock, Mankind, Triple H, Big Show, Kane and the Unde....no wait...is that British Bulldog! Yes the Bulldog is back and is immediately in the main event scene again getting the title shot he so truly wants! One hell of a main event right?
