That said, for me the delivery sometimes overshadowed the depth of these ideas. The language leans heavily into spiritual phrasing and familiar clichés, which can make the content feel lighter than it deserves and may alienate more sceptical readers. At times, the book could benefit from grounding its principles with research or examples outside Bernstein’s own space, and presenting them in a more structured, practice-oriented way.
Overall, the message is essential and potentially life-changing, but I would have appreciated a little more depth, supporting evidence, and practical application to match the importance of the truths she’s sharing.
