This was a purchase made whilst on a healing journey and whilst struggling with my mental health. This book struck the deepest chords within me and made me feel less alone. It's an affirmation for the broken and the wounded, and I just wish it was longer. However, the short length means I can listen to this every day. Beautifully written and the spiritual references peppered in it really appealed to my spiritual nature. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a reminder that they are enough ❤️
