I enjoyed the first book sections on what Yoga Nidra is and Julie's knowledge comes from the traditional authentic background. Julie know her stuff, and also has a lovely calming natural voice for the spoken scripts. There are loads of different scripts to do and quite varied. This is a simple but really good introduction to Yoga Nidra. Listen to the sessions are a treat, and I feel calmer and sleep better since regularly doing them.
