Definitely listen this book.

This is the best book on clear imagining I have found. I really appreciate the content of the audio book. interested in teaching, or simply want deep in your practice of yoga, definitely listen this book.

Yoga for Beginners

I bought this for my mom to help her with her yoga and she said that it really seemed to help her 20 minute workout. I think that this book can be used for the beginner or the experienced. Get this book and try it out for yourself and improve your yoga routine.
