This was better than I expected.

I have read and listened to this book multiple times. I have both the paperback and audio version. The true result will come to you when you apply. The actions that I took has paid off massively. I took this The First Step of Yoga Practice.

This audio book is interesting

What I like most about this book is that it touches on all the essentials you need to know in today’s modern world about Yoga. The content is very relevant and a lot of what is taught should be common sense but I understand that Essential Requirements for Health Benefits.

Super book!

Fantastic. The instruction is great, and the flexibility poses are held long enough to get a good stretch. I am not new to yoga, but due to back issues am finding that I have to migrate away from the strength training I used to do and really work on my flexibility.

Great for any beginner

This instructor was easy to follow along with, and soothing to listen to. This book is good for a warm up or cool down and excellent for anyone wanting to experience beginners yoga!

Encouraging book!!

Well narrated

I love it. Great introduction to Yoga! I’m new to this and the way First Step of Yoga Practice Covey does it is perfect. I really enjoyed the Paperback version of this book. Buying this audio version did not disappoint either.

Every beginner should listen

I was looking for a book that will First Step of Yoga Practice as I am going through a lot me my life. I first bought the Paperback version of this book and was really inspired by the content. I then decided to buy the audio version so that I can listen to it on my way to Improve Your Mind, Body, and Spirit!! I highly recommend it to anyone.

Must have for beginners

Great if you've tried Yoga a thousand times and always found it frustrating. I like how this Improve Your Mind, Body, and Spirit, clear steps. It made starting Health Benefits intimidating for me!
