Unfortunately the narrator made this sound like it was being read by a robot so was hard to engage with the content at times. I wish Yael had narrated it she has a wonderful voice. A useful book nonetheless.

Thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book. Some really useful approaches and techniques described that I plan to apply. The narrator delivered in a clear, approachable and engaging fashion. Would recommend.

The introduction was promising and I was looking forward to hearing more but immediately lost interest in chapter one when she described her father as “an Israeli war hero”. Sorry, but I can’t take parenting advice from someone who supports genocide and child murder.

Possibly the worst self help book I’ve ever read. An anecdote where a kid pees himself and the mother carries on with her zoom call is applauded. Israeli soldiers going to war is described as “rest” and “role detachment” from their regular work, even a vacation. If this is thriving, I do not want to thrive.
