About this listen

When M receives word that a known terrorist organization is planning to infiltrate and destroy a top-secret British Royal Navy aircraft carrier-based summit of world leaders, James Bond is returned to active duty in the Royal Navy. I love listening to the continuing story of Bond and John Gardner writes so well. Well done to Simon Vance for his pace and precision with the story.

A totally ludicrous story. Ridiculously bad. This is a slap in the face for Fleming’s legacy. Similar n’s narration is excellent as always but the story is just incredibly poor

I’m a big fan of the John Gardner/Simon Vance combination, but don’t think this was their best book.
