Another Great Book From Joanne Henson

I purchased the previous book for my partner but thoroughly enjoyed it myself. This is another book in a similar format and works really well with Whats Your Excuse for Not Getting Fit. Common sense reasons given for eating properly and assistance as to how to make eating well a lifestyle. The author stresses that the book is not a quick fix diet book - it gives easy to follow strategies to cope with unhealthy relationships with food. The most common sense advice given was NOT to repeat things that have not worked for you in the past - seems logical but we all think that 'this time it will be different! Non-judgmental this book is fantastic for men and ladies alike! Lovely clear narration and an easy listen. The audiobook references back to previous chapters to assist moving around the book.
