Down to Earth and for everybody
I'm really enjoying this show. It discusses mental health in a ver honest and down-to-Earth way from the perspective of people who live and thrive with different mental health disorders. You also get a bit of information from a health professional about the scientific side of things and the treatments available. All without being too heavy, triggering or boring. Great show.

Informative and incredibly helpful.
I am so glad Dame Kelly made this series. It covered 10 significant areas of mental health with interesting personal accounts from each interviewee. Dane Kelly ask wonderfully relevant questions and each episode offered perspective, information, advice and understanding. It was also refreshing to hear about adults suffering from different mental health problems as the current focus seems to be so focused on child/youth and male mental health and anyone outside of this periphery no longer receives consideration or support. I found this series easy to listen to, a refreshing approach and really informative. Good job Dame Kelly, another Gold winning effort from a fellow Tonbridge girl!

Pedestrian and uninvolving
If you already have an interest and are reasonably informed about mental health this won't tell you anything you don't know. It's about involving as a bunch of leaflets in a Doctor's surgery being read aloud. It does not go into any depth, or take any risks. It's overly focussed on celebrities. It doesn't mention anything like faith or spirituality which helps so many people.
Try talking to a Grenfell survivor, for example, about their mental health, and you might get something a bit more raw and real than this by the numbers disappointment.

Very relatable
I loved it, I struggle daily with depression and this was so relatable, the stories were told in a kind and upbeat way so as not to make you feel worse. My exact experiences were articulated better than I could do myself, it hit home and made me feel seen.
