Great Information

As a man, I became curious of this book given that I have limited information about women's health. This audiobook served its purpose of providing detailed insight on the biology and changes that the average women go through during the 40s and how to combat fat building up in the body. Great ideas and tips for busy working people who want to shed pounds. I adopted this audiobook for a close friend of mines who is into modeling. I really believe she will enjoy this message!
